To ensure you secure your preferred date and time for treatment, advanced booking is recommended. Please review our reservation guidelines before making your reservation online by registering on this site. Additionally, being aware of our cancellation policies and practicing proper spa etiquette will enhance your overall experience with our various massage techniques.

CHECK - IN

Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, following our reservation guidelines. Late arrivals can lead to a shorter massage session, so be mindful of our cancellation policies to avoid any inconvenience. Remember to observe proper spa etiquette during your visit, including being on time to fully enjoy the various massage techniques offered.

ARRIVING LATE

If you are late to your session, you are welcome to enjoy the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. However, due to our tightly booked schedule and our cancellation policies, we are generally unable to extend a session beyond the original appointed time. Regardless of the length of the service provided, you will be responsible for payment of the full service, in accordance with our reservation guidelines and spa etiquette.

SPA ETIQUETTE

To preserve a harmonious environment within the spa, we kindly ask guests to adhere to our reservation guidelines by setting mobile phones and electronic devices to silent. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the spa. Furthermore, in line with our cancellation policies, we request that guests feeling ill—experiencing symptoms such as colds, fevers, or flu—reschedule their appointments for a later date.

It's important to note that receiving massage techniques during the onset of illness or toward the end of its progression is not advisable. In the early stages, a massage can promote blood circulation, potentially accelerating the infection and intensifying its severity. Similarly, if you receive a massage after the infection has peaked, you may experience a relapse of symptoms, leading to feeling unwell again. We appreciate your understanding of our spa etiquette to maintain a healthy environment for all.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

Guests who are pregnant or those with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or any other medical conditions are required to inform our practitioners or spa receptionist. It is essential to adhere to our reservation guidelines to ensure your safety, as your treatment may require special considerations. Additionally, please be aware of our cancellation policies and practice proper spa etiquette during your visit, as we prioritize your well-being and comfort in our massage techniques.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations in accordance with our cancellation policies, or we will have to charge you the full price of your services. Unfortunately, we cannot accept same-day cancellations. All canceled appointments should be done by phone, as per our reservation guidelines; we do not accept emails for appointment cancellations.

Please note that there is no refund on prepaid appointments. In the event of a no call/no show, the cost of your FULL SESSION will not be refundable or eligible for rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding of our spa etiquette.
